MORE: Kroger moving forward with 2 new Marketplace stores in Butler County
Oberer Realty Services Ltd., the project’s developer, announced today that Kroger and Kyles Station Developers Ltd., an Oberer affiliate company, have closed on the sale of 18 acres at the new 56-acre Kyles Station development.
The township has approved plans for the 134,000 square foot Kroger Marketplace and gas kiosk.
Shoppes at Kyles Station I, a 13,800-square-foot strip center is due to break ground this spring and will be home to PetValue, El Rancho Nuevo restaurant, Great Clips, Aura Nail & Spa and one additional tenant not yet being announced.
Plans are currently under way for the 12,800 square foot Shoppes II retail center.
“Given our long standing relationship with Kroger, we’re really excited about their commitment to the Kyles Station development and their role as a key anchor retailer. We also look forward to ramping up the development to offer additional inline retail, restaurant, outlot and office opportunities.” said Chris Conley, President/Partner of Oberer Realty Services, Ltd. and representative of the developer in the sale.
This closing marks the third Kroger deal completed by Oberer within the last year, the other two being at Cornerstone of Centerville and Valle Greene North in Fairborn.
In addition to Kroger, the new Kyles Station development will also offer outlots from one to four acres.
