Girls basketball, sectional tournament
Tecumseh 83, Xenia 26: Megan Christmann paced the host Arrows (22-1) with 26 points and Bianca Quisenberry had 23 points with 11 rebounds, 10 steals and 10 assists in this Division I sectional. Tecumseh will play Springboro, who defeated Northmont Wednesday, on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
Regular season
Meadowdale 57, Jefferson 13: Ja’la Henderson led the host Lions with 13 points.
Waynesville 56, Preble Shawnee 46: Ali Caplinger poured in 31 points for the host Spartans (12-10) and Abby Search added 16. Courtney Lakes had 15 for the Arrows (16-6).
Mechanicsburg 43, West Jefferson 33: Jamie Dodane led the visiting Indians (19-3) with 17 points and Brooke Dodane added 11.
