State Rep. Wes Retherford’s case will head to grand jury

State Rep. Wes Retherford appeared in court today, where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

His case will now be sent to a Butler County grand jury for consideration.

Retherford was arrested March 12, when he was allegedly found passed out in his Chevy Silverado in the drive-thru lane of a Liberty Twp. McDonald's.

Retherford, R-Hamilton, is facing drunken driving and weapons charges.
