Eyrich told Judge Jeannine Pratt he was remorseful for his actions. "I feel terrible for what I have done," he said.
Pratt said he was lucky he did not face more serious charges. "This was not a mistake," she said, adding Eyrich knew the girl's age.
He was given credit for nine days served in jail and was classified a Tier II sex offender requiring registration of his address for 25 years with the sheriff in the county where he lives.
