A strip of south 48 south of Centerville will add a new fast-food restaurant — and it will have plenty of company along that stretch of Dayton-Lebanon Pike.
Ryan Lee, zoning manager of Washington Twp., confirmed that Burger King is developing a new restaurant at 9198 Dayton-Lebanon Pike, at a site that previously housed a car wash.
The location near the Skeeter Lane intersection is virtually surrounded by other fast-food chain restaurants. Arby’s, McDonald’s and Taco Bell are the three consecutive businesses to its south, and Subway, Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen are with a block or two to the north. Starbucks and Skyline Chili are across the street.
