Chick, I know that your job is to strike interest in the Bengals but I just watched the first half of tonight’s PS game with the Ain’ts and I have to tell you I am not impressed. The game comes across like a sick Mike Brown joke or maybe more like a stale fart. Inept blocking on passes plays and inept rushing yardage. Again we come back to a weak and porous defense, an offensive line that can’t block and a team that appears to be out of sync with the game of football. I don’t want to say I told you so but this is the kind of team you have when you always take the second best player in order to save money. Think about it. They don’t go after the defensive stud in the offseason ad the they resign Henry and for sure likely cut his salery in half. Plus they let good players go because of salary. They let the leading tackler of last year go to save money and they’re playing players on defense that were on waivers last year. Bottom line is that we have to question all of the player picks by this team. Early indications is that this is going to be a long and hard season for the Bengals.

Football is a man’s game. In order to beat the man across from you, players need to be tough, HARD. The Bengals are the SOFTEST team to ever strap up. And, what is so disgraceful is that is an historical FACT. They get blown off the ball. And, they have been for close to TWENTY YEARS. They’ve sucked ever since ‘90. But, what really gets me(gets me gets me gets me gets me) is all the friggin sugar coating that ALWAYS goes on. “We have the best offensive line. We have a running game that can dominate. Our offense is excellent, right there behind NE and Indy” BS

Chick, you’re at the Bengals games up close, what the heck is truly going on? I have been a fan since 1981 and one other time have I seen it this bad. It was the Baltimore game when Dillion refused to go in. Can you shed any light?

unrelated but, my mom just got a notice today that her paper was going up almost 100%. Because of what? We’re already paying the price to put gas in OUR cars. I delivered papers on foot and on a bike in the early ’70s. Needless to say, that was the Journal Herald…the ddn sucks bigguns’

Been a fan since 1968 and I can tell you Paul Brown is spinning in his grave. Mike Brown has absolutely no repeat no football savy in his genes. I used to be a huge boxing fan but Don King ruined that for me. Now my only dream is that Mike Brown and Don King are sitting side by side in a jetliner that goes down. Until then, boxing will be fixed and the Bengals will be inept.(side note: can somebody tell Carson Palmer that he telegraphs every pass he throws).

It’s only preseason fellas, relax! We have plenty of time to fine tune the machine so we can peel off 4 or 5 wins this year. Heck, we’re already in mid-season form. Good luck this season Chick. You can meet deadlines early this season: Bengals blown out again!

Carson Palmer CAN”T enjoy wasting his career in Cincinnati. If he weren’t so classy, he’d ask to be traded (to anywhere!!!!). Classy or not, he better get out before he gets decapitated.

Last night’s game proves one thing, Chris Henry and the Bengals are made for each other. Neither has a clue, and Henry would have been the best Bengal WR on the field had he played.

Another fine example of the Browns’ pride. Whatever happened to freedom of speech. The slogans were not derogatory. They simply stated a true opinion of the state of affairs, and the Browns can’t handle the truth!
