As a lifelong resident of Beavercreek and a big supporter of our excellent school district, I heartily endorse Joyce Carter to keep her current seat on the Beavercreek Board of Education.

Carter has exhibited the leadership skills necessary to continue in this role. She has 15 years of higher-education administration, currently serving as vice president at the University of Dayton. Her volunteer work includes serving on boards for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Dayton Boys and Girls Club, Artemis Center for Domestic Violence, and the YWCA. She is an active volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul Homeless Shelter.

She’s also the mother of twin daughters at Beavercreek High School and volunteers countless hours to their activities. Our board needs stability and leadership; Joyce Carter provides both.
