Fewer calories drive more business to restaurants

Dan Young, owner of Young's Jersey Dairy and the Golden Jersey Inn in Clark County, is incorporating some lower-calorie and smaller-portion options into his restaurant's menu. Two sizes of chicken and dumplings are available. On the left is an order that is approximately 600 calories and at right is a smaller order at approximately 350 calories.
