Bud Day, a Medal of Honor recipient and the Air Force's most decorated officer was the keynote speaker at the WPAFB Air Force Institute of technology to mark the 65th anniversary of the Air Force and National POW/MIA Recognition Day. Day served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam, where he was a POW with John McCain.
