Preble deputies find drug lab in garage

SOMERS TWP., Preble County — Deputies who noticed a chemical odor searched a house at 1248 Northern Road on Tuesday and found chemicals used to make methamphetamine in the garage, Sheriff Mike Simpson said.
They found drug paraphernalia, an infant and a child in the house, he said.

Kenneth Raybourne, 38, was charged with felony possession of chemicals to manufacture illegal drugs.
