USA Hockey named the first 18 players to the United States Men's National Team Tuesday, and Miami University junior forward Nathan Davis was one of two collegians named to the national squad. The team will compete at the 2007 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Championship in Moscow, Russia, April 27-May 13.

A Hobey Baker finalist and second-team RBK/AHCA West All-American, Davis led the RedHawks with 50 points during the 2006-07 season, which included career highs in goals (21) and assists (29).
