Iowa loses senior receiver to Achilles' tendon injury

DES MOINES, Iowa — Iowa wide receiver Calvin Davis is expected miss the rest of the season after tearing his right Achilles' tendon in practice.
Davis, a fifth-year senior and starter, had just two receptions for the 16th-ranked Hawkeyes, who host rival Iowa State on Saturday.

Freshman Dominique Douglas and sophomore Andy Brodell should see more playing time in Davis' absence.
