Two early OSU games on Big Ten Network

COLUMBUS — Ohio State will play two of its first four football games this season on the Big Ten Network, which currently is available in the area only on satellite TV.

The Buckeyes will open the season against Youngstown State on Aug. 30 at noon and face Troy at noon on Sept. 20 on the BTN. At least one other conference game will be carried on the network.

OSU also announced it will meet Ohio University at noon on Sept. 6 on either ESPN or ESPN2.

Other Buckeye game times announced earlier include three 8 p.m. starts against Southern Cal on Sept. 13, Wisconsin on Oct. 4 and Penn State on Oct. 25.
