Centerville football star commits to Indiana

CENTERVILLE — Adam Replogle will play football again with his brother Tyler.

Adam has verbally committed to Indiana University, joining his older brother who plays linebacker for the Hoosiers.

"Playing with him again was a factor," Adam said. "I played with him when he was a senior at Centerville and I was a sophomore and it was a lot of fun. I wanted to experience that feeling again. I watched five IU games in person last year and it was a great atmosphere."

The 6-foot-3, 265-pound Replogle excels as a nose tackle for the Elks, earning All-Greater Western Ohio Conference last year with 82 tackles, 50 solo and 5.5 quarterback sacks.

"Adam has a non-stop motor and is very, very intense,"said Centerville coach Ron Ullery. "IU is getting a great football player. Adam had 15 offers and could play for anybody in the country. Just a high-character young man."
