Fairmont volleyball player Kylie Orr, a 5-foot-10 outside hitter, has decided to play in college at Rutgers.
Orr made an official visit to the New Jersey campus over Labor Day weekend and informed Scarlet Knights coaches she accepted a scholarship to the Big East school.
