Game moved to today: Springfield Catholic's game at Cedarville was switched from Friday to 2 p.m. today because Cedarville is still without stadium lights.

Two-game weekend for Dunbar: Along with playing at Greenville next Friday (Sept. 26), Dunbar will travel to Newark on Sunday, Sept. 28, to finish the second half of a game. Kickoff is 2 p.m.

The Wolverines went to Newark, east of Columbus, on Aug. 29, the original date of the contest. They led 21-3 at halftime when the game was delayed by lightning.

The teams waited almost three hours but could not resume play. The Newark coaches wanted Dunbar to come back the next day to finish the game. The Dunbar coaches didn't want to comply. Play was suspended and Dunbar returned to Dayton.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association told the schools to find a date to suitable date to finish the game. That date was finally agreed upon Friday.

Dunbar (3-0) plays Columbus Hartley (4-0) tonight at Welcome Stadium.
