CLEVELAND — Joshua Cribbs knows all about the "hammer vs. nail" nature of the Steelers-Browns rivalry in recent years. It has not prevented him from predicting a Browns victory in today's season opener, however.
"We're going to take this game and win it," said Cribbs, a backup receiver who returns punts and kickoffs. "There's no doubt in my mind."

It would be an upset; the Steelers are 41/2-point favorites on the road. But it would also be about time. Pittsburgh has taken 13 of 14 meetings, including the last seven.
Just seven members of the 53-man roster were with the Browns when they last beat the Steelers on Oct. 5, 2003 in Pittsburgh.
A division win would be sweet. The Browns were 0-6 in the AFC North last season and are 1-11 against Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Baltimore in head coach Romeo Crennel's first two seasons.
Today marks the debut of Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, the former Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator who replaced Bill Cowher after a 15-year run.
