David Esrati: 'Tough-minded problem-solving approach'

Extras

This endorsement of David Esrati was provided by Yvan Melnikoff of Riverside.

Regional survival hinges on creative change. The closed-door, back-room, old-school system is broken and David Esrati has a library full of realistic solutions. He's a small business owner, Army veteran and urban renewal pioneer. Ohio's 3rd District can count on David for the unvarnished politics of common-sense reasoning.

True two-way communication is a key leadership skill and David has that. He consistently produces policy statements on every issue for anyone to read and regularly posts feedback on the input he receives.

Count on David to protect all the interests of Ohio's 3rd District as thoroughly as he researches and writes on the issues that affect our region. Check his Web sites.

Expect David to carry his family's values as your family's values. It's the only way he knows.

Ohio's 3rd District needs David Esrati's tough-minded problem-solving approach in Washington.

Charles Sanders: 'Reliable, responsible and accessible'

This endorsement of Charles W. Sanders was provided by the Rev. Raleigh Trammell of Dayton, national chairman of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.

It is an honor to endorse Charles W. Sanders for U.S. Congress representing the 3rd District. He is competent, reliable, responsible and accessible. He would represent this district well; he is the kind of person who will represent people regardless of race, color, religion or national origin.

Jane Mitakides: 'Idealistic, but also realistic and practical'

This endorsement of Jane Mitakides was provided by Carol Holm, an attorney and member of the Ohio Bar Association. She has worked for both Congressman Tony Hall and Congressman George E. Brown of California.

I join myriad other people in the 3rd District who support Jane Mitakides for Congress.

Jane is idealistic, but also realistic and practical, having been a successful businesswoman. She has shown leadership in her business and community activities. She is knowledgeable about the economy, foreign affairs and the needs of the families.

All of us want our voice listened to by the representative we choose. Jane is accessible and understands constituent service. She also understands the need to stimulate the economic development of our area, and that the economy is a primary issue on our minds. She will be an important majority voice for the needs of our community, especially Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Jane stands up for the American ideals of hard work, compassion for others, education for our children, and fulfilling promises to veterans and older Americans. I believe Jane will be a representative who can be depended upon to solve the challenges facing our community.
