Take the time to admire the handiwork of chef/owner Tiger Wang, who made everything from the chandeliers to bamboo tables and display panels for a collection put together by his mother. The menu is the same found at the other sites, though the authentic homestyle menu in place at the Far Hills site in Centerville is not available. While the menu has its share of moderately priced favorites such as Orange Chicken and Rock Salt Prawns, some more exciting preparations are the spicy Firecracker Shrimp with crispy fried Chinese bread or Golden Calamari. Steamed fish, filled with Chinese vegetables, is at its best with a ginger garlic sauce. Good quality sea scallops that are seasoned with red chiles and perfectly cooked are another recommended choice, Check out a wine list being developed to pair with Asian foods. 784 N.
