The newest of this four unit local mini-chain offers a visual feast as well as high quality Chinese dishes.

The menu is the same found at the other sites, though the authentic homestyle menu in place at the Far Hills site in Centerville is not available. While the menu has its share of moderately priced favorites such as Orange Chicken and Rock Salt Prawns, some more exciting preparations are the spicy Firecracker Shrimp with crispy fried Chinese bread or Golden Calamari. Steamed fish, filled with Chinese vegetables, is at its best with a ginger garlic sauce.
