Toughest opponent/why? Myself because in order to beat my best times I have to do something better than I did before

Favorite musical artist: Sia

Favorite pro athlete/why? Katie Ledecky because the amount of world records she is breaking is unbelievable and her mentality is so tough. Nothing gets to her.

Favorite smell: Chlorine

Favorite home-cooked meal: Baked spaghetti

Game-day rituals: Listening to music and visualizing, stretching and warming up until I feel loose and really good.

Person who would play me in a movie/why? Peyton List because we have the same name and I love her style

Words you live by: We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit

Biggest influence/why? All of my coaches because they always motivate me to work harder and do my best.

I am most annoyed by: People who do not work hard

You can’t live without: Cats

Most embarrassing moment: When I was 10, I accidently dropped a heavy maglight on my toe and I had to go to the ER. This caused me to miss a swim meet and my coach will never let me live it down.

In 10-years, I’ll be: A sports psychologist and swim coach

Best thing about swimming: There is always something to improve on to get faster and it’s so much fun to meet and learn from new people.

Worst thing about swimming: Swimming the 200 fly
