Fairborn High School pitcher Jacob Webb is among the athletes in the area set to sign a letter of intent for college this week.
The Skyhawks senior pitcher will ink his name for Toledo when the early signing period begins Wednesday.
Webb was second in the GWOC in strikeouts last season with 71 as the Skyhawks went 18-10.
He posted a record of 6-2 with one save and a 1.20 ERA.
Webb was also second on the team with 21 runs scored in 28 games.
