But ESPN’s Dan Graziano is reporting that decision has been made and Griffin III will start barring any sort off health setback this week.
Barring an unforeseen health setback in practice, the Browns plan to start Robert Griffin III at QB on Sunday, per source.

Griffin III started the season opener but suffered a fractured coracoid bone in his left shoulder and was placed on Injured Reserve. Griffin III returned to practice Nov. 23 when the Browns designated him for return for IR.
