Donovan Morgan, a three-star defensive end from Bishop Moore Catholic in Orlando, Fla., won’t be singing with the Michigan State football team, even though he committed to the school previously.

He can't sign because he's in jail - the 18-year-old is being held on $2,000 bond and awaiting a GPS device before he can be released by the Seminole County sheriff.

According to Chris Hays of the Orlando Sentinel, Winter was arrested Monday and charged with burglary and larceny of a firearm. Hays reported he would not be signing with Michigan State when his name was not set on tables with other seniors who were signing National Letters of Intent at Bishop Moore.

Hays talked to Bishop Moore's head coach about the situation, and has more information on the story.
