1 thing Cincinnati baseball fans can brag about over Cleveland

The final numbers are in, and they’re not pretty: The Reds finished 68-94, good for last place in the National League Central Division.

The Cleveland Indians, meanwhile, went 94-67 and won the AL Central.

Ohio’s northern MLB franchise also spanked the Reds in May, but Cincinnati fans do have one thing they can hold over Indians followers:

The Reds averaged 23,384 fans per home game, bettering the Indians by nearly 4,000 per night even though Cleveland spent most of the season in first place.

A pyrrhic victory for the Queen City? Sure, but it’s better than nothing.

Unless the Indians win the World Series, of course.
