A survey of airline employees could give you a hint about which carriers are most likely to start off on the right foot.
Southwest Airlines employees are the happiest workers in the airline industry, according to CareerBliss. The online career site gave Southwest the No. 1 ranking for the second consecutive year.

The list, based entirely on employee reviews, is driven by several factors, including "work-life balance, senior management, benefits and careeer advancement," according to CareerBliss CEO Heidi Golledge.
