Pacchia VIP party to showcase new chef, renovations

DAYTON — Pacchia, an upscale fine dining restaurant located in Dayton's Oregon District, plans to showcase its recent renovations and new chef during a VIP event slated for Tuesday.
The Fifth Street restaurant closed over the recent holiday weekend to expand guest seating and create a "more intimate approach to live music," according to release issued Monday.

The 13-year-old restaurant also has hired Chef Joseph Fish and plans to roll out a new summer menu.
The restaurant is hosting a VIP party Tuesday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The event is by invitation only.
