Dozens of witnesses are being given a two-minute time limit for testifying on a controversial anti-abortion bill that is slated to move out of committee and to a full Senate vote today.
Senate Bill 214 would prohibit public funding in Ohio going to Planned Parenthood or any other abortion provider.
Anti-abortion witnesses testifying last week in favor of the bill did not face a time limit.
