Ohio Gov. John Kasich leads Donald Trump 33 percent to 31 percen in the Michigan Republican presidential primary, according to a new poll out today.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is at 15 percent and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is at 11 percent.

The poll from the American Research Group is a switch from its earlier poll which had Trump beating Kasich by 18 points. That poll was done Feb. 20. Kasich has spent a lot of time in Michigan since that poll and plans to be there a lot in the next few days ahead of the March 8 election.
Some other results from the new poll:
Kasich leads Trump 34% to 28% among self-reported Republicans (71% of likely voters), while Trump leads Kasich 40% to 30% among self-reported independents and Democrats.
Trump leads Kasich 34% to 30% among men (52% of likely voters), while Kasich leads Trump 36% to 29% among women.
