Three weeks from the March 15 primary, 151,697 absentee ballots have been requested and 10,104 voters have already cast their ballots, according to Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted.
In the 2012 presidential primary, 335,542 Ohio voters voted absentee while 557,686 did so in the 2008 presidential primary.
Early voting, which can be done in person or by mail, began Feb. 17 in Ohio.
