Staffer for Ohio member of Congress arrested

From Jack Torry and Jessica Wehrman in the Washington Bureau:

Police this week arrested a member of the staff of Rep. Joyce Beatty for allegedly trying to use counterfeit money to get legitimate money at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland.
The arrest, first reported by Cleveland.com, prompted Beatty, D-Jefferson Twp., to place the staffer – Veronica Brownlee – an administrative leave. “We are awaiting more information about this situation,” Beatty said in a statement. “As the judicial process moves forward, I want to be crystal clear that there is no tolerance for violating the law in my office.”
Brownlee, who works in Beatty’s Columbus office, has been placed on leave.
