Recall roundup: Power supplies and fireworks

Potential fire and explosion hazards are among the latest recalls announced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

A recall involving printer power supplies has expanded and now includes over a million units.

There are 30 reports of fires and overheating in multiple models of Zebra thermal industrial printer power supplies.

The original recall in 2016 involved 166,000 units. This expanded recall now includes approximately 1,370,000 power supplies.

No injuries have been reported, but stop using the units and contact Zebra Technologies at 800-658-3795 for a free replacement.

Fireworks by Holland, Ohio-based Miller Fireworks are under recall because they are overloaded with pyrotechnics which could create a larger than expected explosion.

The Ball Bullet Rockets and Legend M-150 Crackers were sold at J & W and Miller Fireworks stores in Ohio and Miller Fireworks in Indiana.

No injuries have been reported, but don’t use these fireworks. Instead, return them to the place of purchase or contact Miller Fireworks at 833-474-1776 to receive a full refund.
