Lars Holdings LLC sold the site to CPCA Manufacturing LLC, which is registered with the state as a foreign company.

Last year, Scott Reeve, president of Composite Advantage, revealed plans to renovate 95,000 square feet of that building for a new home for his composite materials business. At the time, the company was located at 401 Kiser St.
According to the company’s web site, Composite Advantage gives 750 Rosedale as its current address. A message was left for Reeve Monday.
The site is a former Firestone tire factory and warehouse.

With about 90 local employees, Composite Advantage makes decks for increasingly popular pedestrian bridges, as well as equipment for the U.S. Navy, such as boat bumpers, with composite panels fabricated for the bumpers.
