Dayton industrial site sold for $1.6 million

A large chunk of a Dayton industrial site just changed hands for more than $1.6 million.

A foreign limited liability company bought 284,277-square-foot of an industrial warehouse at 750 Rosedale Drive Friday for $1,605,875, according to Montgomery County property records. The building as a whole has more than 400,000 square feet.

Lars Holdings LLC sold the site to CPCA Manufacturing LLC, which is registered with the state as a foreign company.

Last year, Scott Reeve, president of Composite Advantage, revealed plans to renovate 95,000 square feet of that building for a new home for his composite materials business. At the time, the company was located at 401 Kiser St.

According to the company’s web site, Composite Advantage gives 750 Rosedale as its current address. A message was left for Reeve Monday.

The site is a former Firestone tire factory and warehouse.
