Dayton Wendy’s property sells for $2M+

The property of a Dayton Wendy’s restaurant sold in the past few days for more than $2 million.

The Wendy’s property at 2944 Harshman Road sold to PK&P Investment Co. for $2,036,000. The transaction was picked up in Montgomery County property records Friday.

The seller was ERFK, Ltd., a San Antonio, Texas company.

PK&P Investment also acquired the property of a Wendy’s restaurant in Lima this past August.

In November 2015, Muy Properties sold the property to ERFK for $1.25 million, records show. MUY! Hamburger Partners is the franchise group that operated 31 Wendy’s restaurants across the Dayton area as recently as the summer of 2017.

This Wendy’s location is close to Walter Stebbins High School, Mad River Middle School and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
