The purchase includes the former store building, covering more than 119,000 square feet.

Walmart closed the store at that location in 2007. Most recently, this news outlet reported that Trotwood City Council unanimously agreed to allow U-Haul to move into the building.
Fred Burkhardt, executive director of the Trotwood Community Improvement Corp., welcomed the business.
“We’re happy to see someone move into the property to make it productive,” Burkhardt told WHIO-TV earlier this month.
It is expected that U-Haul will also have fleet maintenance work at the property and that will mean new jobs.
Ohio records identify Amerco as a foreign corporation.
