Company buying up property, including $300K for downtown parking lot

A local limited liability company has picked up several Dayton properties recently, including a parking lot on East Second Street downtown.

2nd Street Holdings LLC bought a parking lot at 302 E. Second, commercial vacant land at 310 E. Second and Patterson Boulevard and a warehouse at 25 Madison St. for $300,000, Montgomery County records show.

The seller in the transaction dated Feb. 13 was listed as Weiler Welding Co. Inc., of Moraine.

Sam Warwar, a Dayton Coolidge Wall attorney, is listed in state documents as the statutory agent for 2nd Street Holdings LLC. A message seeking comment was sent to him.

In July 2019, the same LLC also bought land zoned for commercial warehouse use at 322 N. Turpin Lane, between Madison Street and Lower Patterson Boulevard.

That purchase was $600,000, from Weiler Group Inc., according to property records.
