The 7,290-square-foot building built in 1952 is on about a half of an acre.

Gospel Community Church leases a building at 214 W. Main St. in Troy. The church plans to renovate the new property and move to the new site Oct. 21.

“Our new church is warm and inviting and laid out so that we will be able to expand from about 150 seats to 300 seats to accommodate the growing church ministry,” Pastor Jason Bradshaw said in a statement.
