A new owner just picked up an Englewood shopping center for $3 million.

A limited liability corporation bought the shopping center at 604 Taywood Road from Northmont Plaza Association, LLC. Montgomery County records picked up the transaction early Monday.

Known as Northmont Plaza, the 132,000-plus-square-foot site is off Main Street (Ohio 48), near its intersection with National Road. Tenants include Family Dollar, Goodwill, Subway, Planet Fitness, China Star Restaurant and others.

Five storefronts are vacant, including a space covering 30,600 square feet, according to recent marketing materials.

The new buyer’s name — Woodcrest Northmont Plaza LLC — was registered with Ohio by a Fort Worth, Texas-based real estate investor.
