Messer and Hemmer form new company

DAYTON — The Paul Hemmer Co. and Messer Financial Services have formed a new building management company to serve the Dayton and Greater Cincinnati markets.

Building Management Partners is an equal partnership between Hemmer and Messer Financial, a division Messer Inc., which, along with Hemmer, are among the area’s premier commercial builders.

The new firm will provide such services as building maintenance, contract management and facilities planning.

Peter Strange, chairman of Messer Inc., is chairman of the new company; Paul Hemmer Jr., president of Paul Hemmer Co., assumed the same title at Building Management.

The Florence, Ky.-based company launched Thursday.
