New business coming to one of the busiest intersections in Kettering

A new business will soon be built on an empty lot on one of the busiest intersections in Kettering.

Valvoline will build an oil change store located on the intersection of Wilmington Pike and East Dorothy Lane. The lot has remained vacant for years, and it was purchased by Valvoline on Jan. 22 for $510,000 from seller Micro Kettering LLC, according to city records.

Final permits for the project are in process, a city spokesperson told this news organization.

Valvoline has instant oil change stores in Beavercreek, Dayton and Centerville. Valvoline services include: oil changes, radiator/cooling services, brake fluid service, transmission system service, tire rotation, power steering service, engine cleaning service, among other maintenance services.
