New York investor buys Miami Twp. PNC office building for $9 million

The PNC Bank Office Building in Miami Twp. has been sold for $9 million, records show.

PNC Bank Mortgage is the second-largest employer in the township with 1,555 jobs, according to the township’s website. Snyder-Miamisburg LCC sold the 68,000-square-foot office building at 3385 Newmark Drive to a New York-based private investor, according Marcus & Millichap.

The sale to 3385 Newmark Drive LLC was finalized March 15, Montgomery County records show. Snyder-Miamisburg LLC bought the site in 2011 for $8 million, according to the county auditor’s office.
