Elbert “Burt” Rutan — 1995 Enshrinee — is an aeronautical and space legend who was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. He is an aerospace engineer, investor and test pilot, according to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

Richard "Dick" Rutan — 2002 Enshrinee — is a decorated combat pilot, test pilot and inventor. He earned both his driver's and pilot's licenses on his 16th birthday, according to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
