‘Space legend’ to speak at Air Force museum this month

Two brothers — a living space legend and a decorated combat pilot — will speak as part of the Air Force Museum Foundation Living History Series.

National Aviation Hall of Fame Enshrinees Burt and Dick Rutan will speak at the series event on Feb. 22 at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. The goal of the series is to “educate, honor and inspire.”

Richard "Dick" Rutan — 2002 Enshrinee — is a decorated combat pilot, test pilot and inventor. He earned both his driver's and pilot's licenses on his 16th birthday, according to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
