Technology First launches special interest group series

Technology First, a Dayton region information technology trade association, will launch its new special interest group series on Sept. 11 with a meeting focused on business intelligence.

The meeting for professionals interested in getting started in business intelligence will be facilitated by Dennis Brown, business intelligence manager for WinWholesale, and Bryan Hogan, owner and president of Afidence Inc.

Business intelligence allows companies to convert all capabilities to knowledge, which produces large amounts of information that can lead to the development of new opportunities for the organization.

The special interest group series was recommended by Technology First’s Chief Information Officers Council.

The meeting will be held at Sinclair Community College’s Learning Center at Miami Valley Research Park in Kettering. For more information visit the web site at technologyfirst.org.
