Enjoying sunset views from an outdoor balcony and from inside rooms, the downtown Dayton condominium has a versatile floor plan that includes a galley-style foyer and a convertible center room.

Listed for $314,500 by Irongate Inc. Realtors, the 11th-floor unit within One Performance Place at 109 N. Main Street has about 1,640 square feet of living space. Unit 1108 is located at the end of the hallway with views that overlook Second and Ludlow Streets. In addition to the private living quarters, the unit comes with two parking spaces within the underground parking garage, a climate controlled storage room, use of the buildings athletic facility and guest suite.

Upon entry from the secured hallway, the main entrance opens into a gallery foyer with hardwood flooring that continues throughout the main social areas. A hallway from the foyer branches into the bedroom wing and the main social areas.
