Hardwood floors, finished lower-level space add to ranch’s appeal

As former model home, this ranch features many builder upgrades, yet the current owners contributed their own features by including hardwood flooring throughout the main level and adding more finished living space to the lower level.

“All our homes have been former models,” said the current homeowner. “We like all the extras, but for this one we did add nearly 1,500 square feet of hardwood floors and finished out the unfinished space in the lower level. We are going to miss all the open space.”

Listed for $474,900 by Keller Williams Home Town Realty, with the added living space, the Denlinger, split-floor-plan ranch at 2878 Stonebridge Drive now has more than 4,000 square feet of living space. The house is located on a corner lot at the entrance to the Stonebridge Estates subdivision just outside Troy.

“I like the corner lot because we have the feel of being outside the subdivision. Across the street are farms and fields so our views are country-like. We also don’t have any rear neighbors.
