Volume ceilings, skylights, a walk-out lower level and a wrap-around porch are just a few highlights of this ranch located in the Wright Cycle subdivision of Xenia.

Listed for $310,000 by Irongate Inc. Realtors, the brick-and-cedar home at 1930 Kitty Hawk Drive has about 2,800 square feet of living space, including the finished, walk-out lower level. The house backs up to the Glady Run Reserve, which gives the back yard a park-like setting.

Formal front entry opens into a foyer hallway with wood flooring and a spindled accented stairwell to the lower level.
