A Miami Beach mansion once owned by singer-songwriter Enrique Iglesias is back on the market, marked down to $21.5 million from $22.5 million, which was down from the original $25 million earlier this year, the Wall Street Journal reports. The 6,670-square-foot home, dubbed Villa Jasmine, features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, formal rooms, a family room, a media room, a home theater and a maid's quarters. Other features include a 1,400-square-foot pool, 150 feet of waterfront, a rooftop Jacuzzi and views of Miami and Biscayne Bay. The home is now owned by PetMed Express founder Marc Puleo, and is listed with real estate agent Mirce Curkoski of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
