Looking for dieting inspiration?

You’ll meet the champion of “The Biggest Loser’” season 13 at the Dayton Home & Garden Show slated for March 22-24 at the Dayton Convention Center. Jeremy Britt — and fellow sister finalist Conda Britt — will make personal appearances at the weekend event, where they’ll be featured at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 23, and 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday, March 24 on the Academy Series stage.

Those hoping to shed some pounds can enter Watson’s weight-loss challenge to win a Caldera Marino Spa. The exhibitor is launching a six-week contest and will mark initial weigh-ins during the three-day home improvement expo. Participants will receive one entry for every pound lost between the show and the first weekend in May. Final weigh-ins take place May 3-4 at Watson’s, 2590 Whipp Road in Dayton.

This year’s show theme, “It’s Elemental!”, will provide educational resources on conservation. The show will feature 250 exhibit displays — from kitchens, baths and basements to windows, doors, roofs, gutters, heating and cooling, and siding.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8 and $5 in advance for groups of 10 or more. Admission is free for children 12 and younger and military with ID.
