New music from Carly Pearce was just released Friday 9/27! This is a little different then what she has done in the past, though. All her previous songs that have come out have been about how an ex has hurt her, but her new song “I Hope You’re Happy Now” is about how SHE hurt an ex. Carly opened up in a podcast recently about how she was in a relationship when Michael Ray came into the picture and this song is the “I’m sorry” that Carly was never able to give that person in her life. I give Carly Pearce a ton of credit for admitting she was at fault in this scenario. It takes a big person to do that and she knew what her ex deserved. We are so happy for her and Michael Ray and their wedding that is happening in the next few weeks!
