Braxton's Twitter account noted that tickets for the canceled show would be honored at a rescheduled concert date to be announced later.
Saturday marked Braxton's second hospital visit in less than three weeks due to lupus complications.
Earlier this month, the Grammy Award-winner was taken to a Los Angeles hospital for treatment.
"Toni is resting at home and she is fine," an Oct. 4 statement from her representatives said. "She was in an L.A. hospital for a few days being treated for her lupus. She has been released and starts rehearsals for her upcoming tour this week. She was not in serious condition, though lupus is a serious disease and must be monitored at all times."
Braxton, 49, revealed that she has lupus in 2011. The chronic autoimmune disease causes inflammation in internal organs, joints and skin.
Braxton is currently traveling for her "The Hits Tour," which began Oct. 8 in Oakland, California, and ends Nov. 13 in Uncasville, Connecticut.
