Violations/comments: Critical violation: person-in-charge did not ensure that employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Cold holding fridge in back area did not have a proper temperature measuring device inside of it. Repeat observation: Observed drink cups and lids in plastic stored underneath drainage piping in cabinet under drink machine.
